Here are some important things to know:

• Monday is picture day!! Dress your best and make sure you send in your picture order forms!!
• There will be no school on October 10th!!
• Science Outcome Assessment - Wednesday, September 28th
• Math Topic 2 Test - Tuesday, September 29th

Here are some big projects we're currently working on:

• October Family Project: The leaf project is due back by Tuesday, September 29!
• Animal Writing Project: We're currently working on the writing portion of our project at school. The project/visual part should be done at home. Be creative!!

Volume 2 - 2011

Welcome!!

Welcome to our class blog. I love blogging, I have a blog on teaching and one day I decided to incorporate it into my classroom. I'll try to post here as often as possible. It's an easy way for me to update everyone on things that are going on in the classroom, as well as post any last minute reminders. It's also a great way for parents to keep up and make sure your students are telling you everything they should be.

On Fridays I will post the newsletter to the blog. I will also be sending home information on the Hall of Fame Challenge shortly. This is a fun, outside of school challenge that students can choose to do. It's an optional project. I'll also be posting information on our Monthly Family Projects, as well as everything else going on. Feel free to let me know if there's something specific you're looking for or would like to see on here.
